Betty immediately began working with us to list our home for the best market price. She guided us through the process and scheduled showings and open house days. Unfortunately, that September, the entire area had two solid weeks of heavy rain, and our crawlspace (along with many others) was flooded, and the HVAC sustained some damage. Betty was at our home immediately and went above and beyond to find an experienced handyman to start the process of remediation. She was at our house daily and even checked in with the handyman everyday so that we could get away for a long-planned trip. It was a relief to have her there for us! Betty has the highest integrity, always open and honest in her recommendations for the best strategies to sell our house. Her knowledge of the real estate market in the area is unmatched!
