Steve Marianella

For 20 years, Steve has been an award-winning agent with Wintergreen Resort Premier Properties and Wintergreen Real Estate. As a property owner in  Stoney Creek and formerly on the mountain, Steve is knowledgeable of both areas of the resort. As a WPI member, you’ll occasionally find Steve on Wintergreen’s fairways, hiking trails, and pickleball courts. He has volunteered with the Nature Foundation of Wintergreen and Mountain Homesteaders and has coached basketball with the Nelson County Rec League. Many of his friends know him as “Husky 1” for his love of UCONN college basketball! Steve and his wife, Marjolaine, work as a team to provide exemplary service and response to both buyers and sellers at Wintergreen.
