As you well know, the real estate market is considerably slow these days, not just in Central Virginia, but everywhere actually. So, we decided to head out of town to talk to people who are looking to move down south! The LiveSouth real estate shows, which spotlight communities from Virginia, NC, GA, FL and others down south, attract an audience of people who are ready to retire but just aren’t sure where to go. Having a presence at these shows enables us to spread the good word about Wintergreen, with the goal of attracting some new folks to the area and hopefully jumpstarting the local real estate market as well!
